Sony to cut global workforce by 10,000

Al tough Sony is cutting 6 percent of its global workforce (approximately 10,000 individuals) by the end of this year the most part will be cut at the Sony’s chemical and LCD businesses. This doesn’t mean Sony Entertainment will not be hit. But how many or at what time this will happen has to be announced.
